Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Bengaluru North. The Sales Associate will be responsible for interacting with clients to understand their property requirements, presenting tailored options, and providing guidance throughout the buying or investment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, hosting site visits, managing client relationships, and assisting with negotiations and documentation. Additionally, the role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of luxury real estate trends and being proactive in identifying new opportunities for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Experience in sales, client relationship management, and property advisory
- Familiarity with luxury real estate markets and investment strategies
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage site visits, negotiations, and documentation
- Proficiency in market research and staying updated on real estate trends
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing
