Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Associate at Dwelling. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and providing tailored property recommendations. The role includes conducting property tours, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring seamless documentation. Collaboration with the marketing and research teams to stay updated on market trends and exclusive listings will also be part of the role.

- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of real estate markets and investment strategies, with a focus on luxury properties
- Proficiency in sales techniques and relationship management

- Flexibility to work on-site and attend client meetings, property tours, and events
- Prior experience in real estate sales, luxury markets, or client-facing roles is preferred.
