Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Gurugram. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and promoting the company's services. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, communication with potential and current clients, and assisting in contract negotiations. The role also involves collaborating with the design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met and requirements are executed effectively.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Prospecting, Lead Generation, and identifying new business opportunities
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle client accounts and project timelines
Problem-solving skills with a proactive and goal-oriented approach to meeting sales targets
Knowledge of the exhibition industry and design solutions is an asset
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
