Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Bengaluru East. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting property tours, facilitating negotiations, preparing sales documentation, and building strong client relationships. The role requires proactive multitasking, a customer-focused attitude, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is preferred
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
