Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Associate with experience in tele sales within the BPO industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi and a strong ability to handle customer interactions and close sales effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO (Tele Sales preferred)
Skills Required:
- Strong English & Hindi communication skills
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound/inbound sales calls to potential customers
- Explain products/services and generate sales leads
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper follow-ups with customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Update customer data and sales records in CRM
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
