Role Overview
We are hiring Sales Associates to handle inbound and outbound calls and convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls (upto 150 calls per day)
• Connect with potential customers and explain services
• Convert leads into sales and maintain follow-ups
• Update lead details and status
Key Requirements
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Undergraduate
• Freshers can apply
• Good communication skills
• Target-oriented approach
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
• Incentives: Up to ₹25,000
• Growth opportunities based on performance
