Retail Associate Job Description:-
A retail associate provides excellent customer service, assists with sales, and ensures the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked. They play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience and driving store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Greet customers and assist them in finding products
2.Provide product information, recommendations, and answer questions
3.Restock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
4.Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
5.Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
6.Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
7.Assist with opening and closing duties
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2.Customer service experience (preferred)
3.Basic math and cash-handling ability
4.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5.Attention to detail and organization skills
6.Teamwork and problem-solving abilities
Education & Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent (often preferred)
* Previous retail or customer service experience in footwear brand is a plus.
