About the Role
We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Sales Associate to join the Cyberous team and play a key role in scaling our training and certification programs. You'll work at the intersection of business development, student counseling, and revenue growth — helping aspiring professionals find the right path while achieving meaningful targets.
What You'll Do
- Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound channels
- Conduct structured follow-ups to nurture prospects through the sales funnel
- Provide expert counseling to students on training and certification offerings
- Manage end-to-end admissions process and onboarding of enrolled students
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of interactions and pipeline status
- Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Build and sustain strong long-term relationships with clients and prospects
- Guide and mentor junior team members when required
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, product updates, and enrollment drives
