Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in West Delhi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their travel requirements, and providing customized travel solutions. Key responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining client relationships, presenting travel packages, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves ensuring excellent customer service and acting as a reliable point of contact for clients throughout their travel journey.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sales and negotiation experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills for managing client inquiries and follow-ups effectively.
- Proficiency in travel planning, travel package customization, and knowledge of travel industry trends.
- Attention to detail, customer-focused approach, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
