Role Description
The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Associate will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with clients to drive sales growth. Key responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Associate will also contribute to achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, and staying informed on industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch services to potential clients
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal
- Knowledge of creative production, digital printing, packaging, or related industries is preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable sales strategies
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required
- Previous experience in sales or account management is highly advantageous
- Willingness to travel locally as required
