Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Bengaluru, India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and driving sales by understanding client needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with customers, managing inquiries, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with the team to support sales goals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are key to succeeding in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven sales abilities, including customer relationship management, closing sales, and meeting sales goals
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits
- General knowledge of market research and an aptitude for identifying customer needs
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple customers and priorities efficiently
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills to address customer concerns effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the retail or elevator industry is a bonus
