Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, recommending products or services, closing sales, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Associate will also collect customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Customer service experience and a demonstrated ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close deals
- Organizational and time management skills for effective task prioritization
- Proficiency in using sales software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, or other relevant systems
- Self-motivation and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in a call center or sales role is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
