Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing information about properties and projects, identifying potential buyers or investors, and building strong customer relationships. This role includes conducting site visits, maintaining records of sales activities, and assisting customers throughout the entire sales process to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Customer Service, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to perform Market Research and Analysis
- Organizational and Time-Management Skills to handle multiple leads efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Problem-Solving Skills and proactive mindset
- Experience in real estate sales or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
