Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Other responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Sales and Business Development experience
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Problem-solving and Decision-making skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of the exhibition or events industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
