Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Patiala. The Sales Associate will be responsible for actively identifying sales opportunities, managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored financial solutions. The role also involves meeting sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with team members to achieve business objectives. This position requires dynamic interaction with clients and a thorough understanding of Bajaj Finserv's product portfolio.
Qualifications
- Customer relationship management and client service skills
- Sales, negotiation, and lead generation capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of financial products, such as lending, insurance, and wealth advisory
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services industry or in a sales role is an advantage
