Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Kochi. The Sales Associate will engage directly with clients to understand their housing needs and showcase suitable options, ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include client interactions, property tours, managing bookings, processing contracts, and following up with potential leads. They will also contribute to sales goals and collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including relationship building and active listening
- Sales skills, including lead generation, meeting sales targets, and negotiating contracts
- Customer service and client management experience, with a focus on problem-solving and providing tailored solutions
- Organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficiency in using basic computer tools and CRM systems to manage client interactions and records
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while maintaining a collaborative team spirit
- Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or real estate is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
