Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Manali. The Sales Associate will engage with customers, explain product features and benefits, and guide them through the purchasing process. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, tracking inventory, processing sales transactions, and handling customer inquiries and feedback. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with local retailers and business customers, supporting promotional activities, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure timely order fulfillment. The Sales Associate is expected to contribute to sales targets while providing professional, friendly, and reliable service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and business partners.
- Basic sales and customer service skills, including the ability to handle inquiries, manage objections, and close sales.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing inventory, product displays, and accurate billing.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Manali and collaborate with team members in a retail and wholesale environment.
- Comfort with basic numeracy and record-keeping for sales reports and stock tracking; familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or distribution is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
