Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role, based in Cuttack. The Sales Associate will identify and engage potential clients, promote financial products, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities include market research, reviewing client portfolios, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. The role requires proactive communication and a customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and engage potential clients.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Analytical and market research skills to assess financial data and market trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial products effectively.
- Previous experience in sales or finance-related roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in using financial software and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly NBFCs, is a plus.
