Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Hyderabad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, identifying prospects, and building strong client relationships. Duties involve generating leads, conducting site visits, providing in-depth product or service knowledge, and closing deals to meet sales targets. The role also requires collaborating with the team to devise effective sales strategies and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Sales and Lead Generation expertise, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to conduct market research and develop customer-centric sales strategies
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and organized documentation of sales activities
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is advantageous
- Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in a sales role, particularly in the real estate sector, is a plus
