Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Patna. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, showcasing products, and driving sales. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, addressing customer inquiries, managing transactions, tracking inventory, and supporting promotional activities. The individual will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience and maintaining product knowledge to meet sales goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
- Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the food or retail sector
- Ability to manage inventory, organize product displays, and handle point-of-sale transactions
- Basic knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies to support sales initiatives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic approach to achieving sales targets
- Passion for traditional Indian food products and familiarity with Achari flavors is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a bonus
