Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Associates to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for interacting with clients, understanding their training needs, and guiding them toward the right learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients and learners to understand their training requirements.
- Promote CloudShine’s Oracle training programs and service offerings.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Handle inquiries through calls, messages, and follow-ups effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up status.
- Contribute to business growth by building trust and generating quality conversions.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in the sales domain.
- Prior experience in sales/inside sales/education counseling is an added advantage.
