We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate in India to help us sell SaaS products to businesses.
This role is suitable for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys speaking with business owners and decision-makers, and has experience closing deals. You should understand technology products and have previous experience selling SaaS, software, digital platforms, or B2B tech services.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with sales leads
- Speak with potential customers over phone, email, WhatsApp, and video calls
- Explain the product clearly and understand customer requirements
- Arrange and conduct product demos where required
- Handle objections and follow up until the deal is closed
- Maintain regular communication with prospects
- Update sales activity and pipeline records
- Meet agreed sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Previous experience selling SaaS, software, tech products, or B2B services
- Strong phone communication and closing skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to speak at least one Indian local language
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Good understanding of Indian business customers
- Existing business network in India will be preferred
- Experience with CRM, LinkedIn, email outreach, or WhatsApp Business is an advantage
