Nextgen Global Services is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our growing Sales team as Assistant Manager – Sales (Individual Contributor).
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and achieve individual targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports
• Contribute towards business growth and revenue generation
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
• Prior experience in sales, international process, or BPO sales preferred
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
