Each person receives a customized health plan that may include yoga therapy, diet therapy, Sujok therapy, acupuncture, and other natural therapies.
Role Description The Sales Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting and driving sales and client acquisition for the centre’s health and wellness programs. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, explaining available therapies and packages, conducting follow-ups, and helping clients choose suitable programs based on their needs. The Sales Assistant Manager will assist in planning and executing sales initiatives, maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions, and coordinating with front-desk and therapy teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Daily tasks include handling inquiries in person and over the phone, managing appointments, preparing basic sales reports, and contributing to promotional activities and local outreach.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build trust and maintain positive client relationships.
- Effective communication and active listening skills to clearly present programs and address client questions and concerns.
- Proven sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or service industries.
- Good organization skills for managing appointments, records, and daily sales activities efficiently.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office or similar tools for reports and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including flexible hours as needed for client schedules.
- Prior experience in a wellness, fitness, or healthcare environment is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
