Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Assistant / Coordinator for our industrial marine and offshore supplies business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing industrial products such as tools, safety equipment, and related supplies as per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the team head and follow instructions effectively
- Source products as per customer inquiries and specifications
- Prepare and send quotations in a timely manner
- Maintain proper follow-up on inquiries and ensure smooth communication within the team
- Assist in day-to-day sales coordination activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial marine/offshore supply or a similar field
- Good knowledge of sourcing tools, safety items, and related industrial products
- Basic communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
