Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will assist the sales team in managing client communications, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth sales workflow. You will also support the team in achieving sales targets by collaborating on strategies and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proficient in Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience or aptitude in Sales and Organization Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Basic proficiency in using office tools and sales software is advantageous
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
