Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Gurugram for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, set and meet sales targets, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and develop strategies to acquire new clients. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sustained sales growth. Additionally, the Sales Manager will prepare sales forecasts, generate reports, and lead presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills; demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Outstanding team leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong abilities in client relationship management and negotiation
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
- Industry-specific experience in real estate or similar sectors is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred; an MBA is an advantage
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset
