Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Assistant will assist in identifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include supporting the sales team in daily activities, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining sales records, and addressing client inquiries. The role requires effective communication to ensure positive client experiences and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven Customer Service experience and the ability to address client needs effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sales acumen with an understanding of strategies for customer engagement and lead conversion
  • Strong Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and support team operations
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
