Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Mumbai. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team with day-to-day activities, including sales outreach, mining and onboarding brands. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to support influencer campaigns, scheduling and following up on client meetings, and assisting in the preparation of sales presentations and reports. The role also involves responding to customer requests, sharing product and platform information.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build rapport with clients and collaborators.
- Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational sales skills, including lead follow-up, basic negotiation support, and familiarity with sales processes.
- Candidates should possess solid organization skills, including time management, task prioritization, and attention to detail in documentation.
- Relevant experience in sales support, account coordination, or customer-facing roles, ideally in digital, media, or marketing environments.
- Comfort using productivity tools (e.g., Apollo, Sales QL, Linkedin or tracking tools) and willingness to learn new platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate within a fast-paced team, and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required with equivalent experience.
