Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Assistant to join our team in our Pune office. The Sales Assistant will assist in day-to-day tasks including communicating with clients, providing detailed information about our services, supporting the sales process, maintaining client records, and ensuring the smooth coordination of consultations and documentation. The role also involves addressing client inquiries, guiding them through the process, and assisting with follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication Skills: Ability to effectively interact with clients, resolve inquiries, and deliver high-quality service.
- Organizational and Administrative Skills: Proficient in maintaining records, managing schedules, and coordinating client appointments.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Experience in supporting the sales process, understanding client needs, and achieving customer satisfaction.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹28,000 + Attractive Incentives
