Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Chennai. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team through effective communication with clients, handling customer inquiries, managing sales records, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to assisting with sales processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills with a focus on relationship-building and collaboration
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication abilities to confidently interact with clients
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and techniques
- Solid Organization Skills to manage schedules, records, and follow-ups efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is an advantage
- Proficiency in basic computer and software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
