Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include managing customer relations, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves engaging in direct communication with clients, coordinating and organizing sales activities, and ensuring a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all tasks. The individual will work closely with the internal team to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in customer service and communication
- Proficiency in sales and achieving targets
- Well-developed organizational and time-management skills
- Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors is an advantage
