Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role for a Sales Assistant, located in Bhubaneswar with opportunities to work partially from home. Responsibilities include assisting the sales team with lead generation, conducting market research, creating and maintaining client databases, and supporting in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. The intern will also aid in client communication, help organize sales campaigns, and ensure smooth customer experiences by addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in market research and data organization
- Basic understanding of sales strategies and business development
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Interest in sustainability and environmentally conscious initiatives is a plus
