Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Operations at Banking Now: Actualités Banque & Fintech. The VP of Operations will oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing profit and loss (P&L) performance, developing and implementing strategic plans, leading project management initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Project Management
- Proven ability to oversee and enhance Customer Service operations
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Experience in fintech or banking industries is highly advantageous
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
