We're Hiring | Sales Assistant
Join our team and be a part of driving market expansion and brand growth for BPCL- a leading lubricant business across multiple locations.
Location: Multiple Locations Across India:
North Region (NR): Chandigarh, Delhi (R), Jaipur, Jalandhar, Lucknow, Noida, Prayagraj, Udaipur.
East Region (ER): Bhubaneswar, Guwahati, Kolkata, Patna, Ranchi.
South Region (SR): Bangalore, Belgaum, Chennai (R), Coimbatore, Kochi, Secunderabad, Vijayawada.
West Region (WR): Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Mumbai (R), Nagpur, Pune (R), Raipur, Rajkot, Surat.
Employment Type: Contractual
Open Positions: 50+
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute field marketing and digital initiatives
• Visit retailers and garages as per assigned beat plans
• Promote products and newly launched offerings
• Conduct retail promotional activities and customer engagement programs
• Expand mechanic and retailer network
• Support branding and customer outreach activities
• Increase adoption of digital initiatives in the market
• Coordinate with sales teams to improve market penetration
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 12th Pass
• Good communication skills
• 2–3 years of sales experience preferred
• Own two-wheeler and smartphone mandatory
• Local language proficiency preferred
