Role Description
The Assistant Director of Sales is responsible for supporting the Director of Sales in driving overall revenue generation, business development, client acquisition, and market expansion for the hotel. The role focuses on maximizing sales opportunities across all market segments including corporate, travel trade, MICE, leisure, and group business while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The incumbent will actively contribute toward achieving hotel revenue budgets, strengthening brand positioning, and ensuring high levels of guest and client satisfaction through strategic sales planning, market analysis, and operational coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality business development, or revenue-focused roles, preferably in Hyderabad region.
- Prior experience in luxury or upscale hospitality brands preferred.
- Strong understanding of local and regional hospitality markets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and hotel management systems.
