Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, implementing sales strategies, maintaining the store’s organization, and supporting daily operational activities. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and ensure positive in-store experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage and assist customers effectively.
- Customer Service and Sales experience to support retail goals and foster client satisfaction.
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage store operations and maintain an efficient environment.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and eagerness to work in a customer-focused retail setting.
- Prior retail experience and familiarity with children’s clothing brands are a plus.
