About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) to join our team as a Sales & Application Specialist. This role combines clinical expertise with commercial acumen to promote and demonstrate innovative AI-based Fundus Camera, wound care devices, and diabetes management products across hospitals and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct product demonstrations of AI-based fundus camera, wound care devices, and diabetes care solutions at hospitals and clinics
• Drive sales of products through knowledge-based customer engagement and effective product demonstrations
• Actively engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) including diabetologists, endocrinologists, ophthalmologists, and nursing staff
• Provide clinical education and training on product usage, benefits, and outcomes
• Support the sales team in lead generation, conversion, and customer onboarding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders
• Assist in organizing clinical workshops, camps, and awareness programs
• Ensure proper handling, setup, and usage of demo equipment
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with product and sales teams
• Stay updated on advancements in diabetes care, wound care, and AI-based diagnostics
Qualifications & Requirements
• Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) qualification is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in diabetes-related products or medical devices
• Strong understanding of diabetes management, complications, and patient education
• Experience in product demonstration / clinical application support is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel and work extensively in hospital environments
