Position: Sales & Application Engineering
Function: Sales & Marketing
Region: OEM Sales, Northern India Based at: Delhi / Gurgaon
Reports to: Head of Sales Reportees: 2
Key Purpose
Continuously explore business opportunities in both existing and new market segments, identify & develop potential OEM customers through value creation in HAWE Hydraulik’s strategic platforms, niche application areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute strategic business development initiatives to rapidly grow the company’s business with original equipment manufacturers.
- Profitably manage and grow sales at both existing & new OEM accounts in the strategic platforms.
- Engineering processes management till series production supply covering application engineering, product homologation, product engineering & product development.
- Commercial & technical processes management starting with the generation of the enquiry till the contract is executed.
- To build excellent professional working relationships with key personnel across functions at our key OEM customers.
Profile
1. Right Organization
Multinational, high technology engineering company, fluid power industry will be an advantage.
Professional, process driven, value selling / creation, industrial sales & marketing environment
2. Right Function
Sales & application engineering, marketing, new business development in industrial sales of technology products / capital equipment.
3. Right Position
Responsible as regional sales in the above functions
4. Right Qualification
B.E Mech, MBA in Sales / Marketing
5. Right Experience
6-12 years’ experience, 4 years minimum relevant experience, 28-35 years ± 2
6. Competence & Capabilities
Key account management
Passion to continuously explore new markets, identify new market opportunities.
Advanced & specialized hydraulics product & application engineering knowledge will be an advantage
Engineering processes management
Project management, product development planning & execution critical
Continuous learning capability to upgrade, update technical knowledge & its application
