What You’ll Do
✔ Counsel prospective students and convert enquiries into enrollments
✔ Coordinate with trainers for demos, batch scheduling, and onboarding
✔ Manage end-to-end batch operations and student communication
✔ Follow up on payments and maintain enrollment records
✔ Collect reviews, referrals, and ensure an excellent student experience
✔ Hire and coordinate trainers for upcoming batches
✔ Support business operations and continuous process improvement
We’re Looking For Someone Who
* Has excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
* Is confident in counselling and sales conversations
* Can independently manage multiple priorities
* Takes ownership and follows through on commitments
* Is comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and online collaboration tools
* Enjoys working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
