Key Responsibilities
* Meet channel partners and explain project details, pricing, and offers.
* Build and maintain good relationships with channel partners and brokers.
* Generate leads through channel partners.
* Follow up on client inquiries, site visits, and bookings.
* Share updates on available inventory and sales status.
* Help channel partners resolve queries and close deals.
* Keep regular communication with channel partners.
* Maintain records of meetings, leads, and bookings.
Required Skills
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Relationship-building skills
* Follow-up and coordination skills
* Basic knowledge of the real estate market
* Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and email
Qualifications
* Graduate in any field
* Experience in real estate sales or channel partner management is preferred
