Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Service Specialist. The individual will manage customer interactions, provide exceptional service, and deliver tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities include assisting customers with queries, driving sales efforts, managing accounts, and conducting training sessions to strengthen customer relationships and support company goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Capability to conduct Training sessions and offer guidance to customers or team members
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
• Previous experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
