Your Responsibilities
- Find potential clients and build professional relationships.
- Present our services and understand client requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Coordinate with the technical team whenever required.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients after project completion.
- Share ideas that contribute to the company's growth.
Compensation
I want to be completely transparent.
At this stage, there is no fixed monthly salary for this role.
Instead, you'll receive an incentive of ₹1,000–₹2,000 (or more, depending on the project) for every successful client you bring to the company.
There is no earning limit. The more clients you bring, the more you earn.
As SemiQuantum Technologies grows and becomes more established, my goal is to provide a fixed monthly salary, additional benefits, and greater responsibilities to the people who helped build the company from the beginning. I'm not looking for someone to work for me. I'm looking for someone to work with me.
