Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site internship position for a Sales and Service Intern, based in Delhi, India. The intern will assist with sales activities, provide exceptional customer service, engage with customers to understand their needs, and support the sales team in managing client accounts. Responsibilities may also include conducting training sessions for clients, maintaining records, and contributing to process improvements. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop essential skills in sales and customer relations while working closely with a dynamic team.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Familiarity with Sales processes and a basic understanding of Sales strategies.
- Ability to assist with Training sessions and support Sales Management activities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using common tools and software for managing client relationships is a plus.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
