**About the Role**
We are hiring a technically strong **Sales & Service Engineer** specializing in **Cooling Towers, Boilers, and RO Water Treatment Systems**. You will be responsible for growing our client base across the **Boisar–Tarapur–Palghar–Sarigam–Vapi industrial corridor** while providing expert technical support across the full equipment lifecycle — from solution design and proposal to commissioning and after-sales service.
This is not just a sales role. We want someone who **builds lasting relationships** with customers, **leads a dedicated service team**, and takes full ownership of their accounts — because here, **loyalty pays. Literally.**

**What You'll Do**
**Sales & Business Development**
- Generate and develop new business opportunities across the Boisar–Vapi industrial corridor
- Conduct site surveys, water analysis assessments, and technical audits
- Design and recommend appropriate Cooling Tower, Boiler, and RO solutions based on customer water quality and process requirements
- Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and system specifications
**Technical Service & Support**
- Carry out installation, commissioning, and startup of systems at customer sites
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Cooling Towers, Boilers, and RO plants
- Troubleshoot system faults — including membrane fouling, scaling, blowdown issues, and chemical dosing problems
- Advise clients on water treatment chemicals, dosing programs, and compliance
**Team Building & Field Leadership** ⭐
- **Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated field service team** responsible for daily visits to existing clients
- Ensure your team carries out **regular chemical dosing, system observation, and on-site suggestions** at every assigned customer site
- Guide your team to identify early warning signs — scaling, corrosion, pressure drops, conductivity deviations — and act before problems escalate
- Conduct team briefings, set daily visit schedules, and review field reports
- Be the **go-to escalation point** when your team faces complex troubleshooting situations
- Develop your team's technical knowledge through hands-on coaching and mentoring
- Ensure **zero lapse in client servicing** — every customer feels looked after, every day
**Account Management**
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
- Use your team's daily presence at client sites as a **customer retention and upselling advantage**
- Report pipeline activity, service visits, and team performance via CRM

**What We're Looking For**
✅ Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering (or related field)
✅ Minimum **2–5 years** of hands-on experience with:
- **Cooling Towers** – drift eliminators, fill media, blowdown control, Legionella management
- **Boilers** – steam boilers, hot water boilers, feedwater treatment, descaling
- **RO Systems** – membrane selection, pre-treatment, antiscalant dosing, CIP procedures
✅ Knowledge of water chemistry — TDS, pH, conductivity, hardness, LSI index
✅ Familiarity with water treatment chemicals and dosing systems
✅ Ability to read P&IDs, technical drawings, and system schematics
✅ **Prior experience managing or mentoring a small field team is a strong advantage**
✅ Strong leadership qualities — able to motivate, guide, and hold a team accountable
✅ Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in B2B technical sales
✅ Excellent communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Gujarati/Marathi** *(preferred)*
✅ Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory
✅ Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler preferred
