Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Service Engineer, based in the Pune Division, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role includes promoting and selling engineering solutions, providing technical support for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment, and fostering strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include identifying customer needs, delivering product demonstrations, overseeing on-site services, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer relationship management skills, including the ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and understand client requirements.
- Technical expertise in engineering systems and equipment, with the ability to perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for installations.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address technical challenges and customer needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver effective presentations and technical documentation.
- Basic proficiency in software tools and applications related to engineering and sales operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required; prior experience in sales or service engineering is an advantage.
