We’re Hiring | Sales & Service Engineer – Ahmedabad
📍 Location: Pune/Hyderabad

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales & Service Engineer to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates passionate about problem-solving, customer handling, and working in a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or on-site visits
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical equipment issues
• Handle installation, commissioning & preventive maintenance
• Document service calls and maintain records
• Collaborate with engineering & production teams
• Train customers on equipment usage and maintenance
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Maintain strong product knowledge
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics & basic electricals
• 2-3 year experience
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently & manage field visits
• Willingness to travel
💰 Employment Terms & Benefits:
• Probation: 3–6 months (Based on performance)
• Stipend during probation: ₹15,000/month
• Post-confirmation CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹3 LPA (Approx.)
• Travel reimbursement (actuals)
• Medical Insurance: ₹2,00,000
• Term Insurance: ₹3,00,000
• ESI & EPF as per policy
