Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Relationship Manager specializing in Business Development, located in Kolkata. The role involves establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include developing and managing sales strategies, financial planning for sales operations, client communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and outstanding service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and building sustainable client partnerships
- Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal relationship-building
- Knowledge and understanding of Finance processes related to business and sales operations
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
- Experience in the biotechnology, healthcare, or genomics field is a plus
