Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Operations Manager located in Noida. The role involves overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end operations, facilitating customer satisfaction, improving processes, and collaborating across teams to achieve business goals. Additionally, the role requires monitoring performance metrics and driving initiatives to enhance service quality, while maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and demonstrated experience optimizing workflows and processes
- Managing the sales and fulfilling individual targets.
- Excellent skills in Customer Service and a proven track record in achieving Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication skills for engaging with clients and team.
- Proven ability to manage and supervise team activities effectively
- 2-3 years of professional experience in sales and operations roles
