Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Operations Intern role based in Golden I ,Greater Noida. The intern will support daily sales activities, including assisting the sales team with lead follow-up and will help manage operational tasks such as updating order and inventory records, tracking deliveries, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role includes responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and supporting training activities for retail staff or internal team members. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn standard operating procedures, and contribute to process improvements that enhance sales efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant skills such as basic data entry and Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities are beneficial.
- Recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Noida, collaborate in a team environment, and demonstrate a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
